Here's the outline so far...

1 Year Plan:

- Beta and launch

- create company

- hire developers

- pursue funding from foundations and individuals

- expand the database
- make texting the database work back & forth
- Geolocation in real time & space
- person-to-person communication

- create smartphone apps from the mobile site (Phonegap)

- build a non-mobile website

- have 5,000+ users

2 Year Plan:
- allow users to submit or tag & rate resources (maybe like Layar)
- tie into existing social networks (Facebook, Twitter & Foursquare)
- incorporate ads for resources in the database

- have 10,000+ users

- advertise everywhere how to get QWhere

3 Year Plan
- have a million+ users (the more users, the more pink pushpins)
- go global, localized languages
- push notifications for political organizing

4 Year Plan
- make a "___Where" for every affinity group that wants/needs it
- make the world a better/friendlier/usable place
