This morning I walked (a little bit) with Iris House in AIDS Walk 2014. It took more than a half hour to get from staging to the starting line; we kept creeping forward a little, standing still a lot, then reversing direction to go forward, stand, and finally begin in earnest. That seems apropos to my coding process as of late.
After yesterday's sudo screw-up, I was grateful to have a back-up of my laptop - I only lost 24 hours of work, not months. Currently I'm backing up, then exporting my live WordPress database so I can import it to my local MAMP/WordPress install. This is taking forever. Creeping forward a little, standing still right now...
Of course, it's apropos of my health, too. But that's another story for another blog.
